Wales

We offer Welsh language courses at three levels: induction, intermediate, and immersion. In our courses on the history of Welsh literature, the three main areas explored are the Mabinogi and medieval prose, the 14th-15th century cywydd, and, thirdly, aspects of the modern tradition including the 16th century renaissance, hymn writing, modern prose writers and latter-day schools of poetry. Please see 'Language' and 'Literary Tradition' for further information.

Cynigwn dri chwrs Cymraeg. Disgrifiad o strwythur yr iaith yw’r cwrs cyntaf. Anelir at ieithyddion gweddol brofiadol yn y cwrs hwn. Cwrs dechrau ac ymarfer siarad yw’r ail gwrs, a chwrs preswyl yw’r trydydd. Yn ogytal â’r cyrsiau iaith, cynigwn gyrsiau am hanes llenyddiaeth y Gymraeg. Pwysleisir y Mabinogi a chwedlau’r oesoedd canol, Beirdd yr Uchelwyr, ac elfennau o draddodiad y cyfnod modern.
